A smallround silicone rim is sealed between the glass and stainless steel rim, and two handles to lock the glass lid and cooker tightly, they ensure the vacuum effect.
Stainless steel rim vacuum lid is easy cleaning, and when the silicone rim in-between gets old, you can replace it and continue to use the lid. Comparing with the silicone rim vacuum lid, the rim is easy to get dirty but difficult to clean, when the rim gets old or bad, you have to throw the whole lid.
