Installation procedure

1. Open up the unfixed glass lid
2. Put out the hand knob and bottom cap for installation
3. Place the hand knob under the bottom cap. Do remember to put them in order
4. Let the screw whirls clockwise to install in the glass lid
5. Then, the glass lid is well installed.

This type of knob is suitable for glass lid with normal center hole 8mm. Could be supply accessories such as screw, silicone washer, stainless steel roundels to be a complete set of knob.

For saving space and cost, generally the knob is packed separately in a ctn, not assemble with glass lid. Detail packing for knob: Knob, base, and the accessories(screw, silicone washer, stainless steel roundels)  each packed separate into one poly bag, suitable qty into one carton.

If need to assemble knob with glass lid, could also make it. But this way of packing occupy more space and also the assembling labor cost is not low, that the price is higher a lot than knob and lid separately packing. For color sleeve packing, customer should provide the detailed drawing and diecut for checking cost.

If need customer logo on the knob, that will have mould cost, but if qty is large enough, that could discuss whether could exempt it.
